Flat was good in terms of location and area. Communication with stuff was good.
Place was not very clean. Bedsheets had some good amouth of hairs and dust bellow the blanket on one side and living room had some durt on floor but I didn't use it anyway. The dishes in the kitchen you basically can't use. There are two pans with destroyed teflon which you can't use and all the plates are plastic.. tea mugs were dirty. I found this place rather expensive.
