Lancaster Legacy Hotel & Apartments

Luxurious and spacious room. Great location. Amazing buffet breakfast

The hotel has a great location, and the breakfast was excellent with a very good selection. The staff—Xuan, Uyen, Nhi, and Trung—were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it could use a few more amenities and essentials to make guests feel more comfortable.

The room was spacious, and the location was great, but the furniture and amenities didn't meet five-star standards. The room lacked basic items like a telephone and a luggage stand, and although there was a kitchen, no utensils or plates were provided unless you paid extra. I believe the hotel needs to upgrade the room furniture and provide better in-room amenities to truly meet five-star expectations.

The pool, gym, sauna and breakfast were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable and well supplied with towels and other essentials.

The room felt quite sparse and lacked personality, particularly in the living area where there was a lot of unused space and very little furniture. The couch was far too small for accommodation designed to sleep four people. There was a kitchen, but no cooking equipment was provided, so it wasn't really possible to use it for cooking.

We checked out this morning and honestly felt quite sad to leave. The people working at Lancaster Legacy are incredibly friendly, helpful and cheerful, and they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the doormen. I can’t imagine how hot it must get standing outside, yet you were always there to greet us and open doors for us to get into our Grabs. Thank you to the lobby staff, who always welcomed us with a smile and took the time to ask about our day. Those little conversations made the hotel feel so much more personal and welcoming. Thank you to the housekeeping staff for doing such a great job keeping our rooms clean throughout our stay. And thank you to the buffet staff as well. Each day the food different, yummy and the variety is great! Also the service, everyone is so attentive. I highly recommend Lancaster Legacy to anyone visiting District 1. This was our first six days in Vietnam, and the staff made our stay such a wonderful experience.

Perhaps the only thing is the quality of the finishings in the bedroom but that is the developer and not the staff.
