Everything, the check in process was easy and quick, the apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cesar respond to any message very quick and completes any demands his guests might have ( I asked for an iron and there were 2 kinds of them at the location when we arrived). Nice and comfortable beds, clean sheets. Loved it and would definitely stay here again with my group when we come back to Madrid.
I can’t think of anything.

Cesar was absolutely fantastic, real top gent. He was kind and quick to respond and very understanding. Me and my group of male friends all loved it. Thank you Cesar!
All the best,
Tom

Everything was perfect, massive flat, ground floor, luxury finishes, fully serviced, great host who met us at the door and gave us clear instructions for everything and great suggesstions as well.
Nothing really, I guess worth mentioning that the flat is located directly on a not so busy street, which can get noisy from time to time. Not a problem for us. Also, bedrooms are located opposite to the entrance door so they are not much affected by the street noise.
