The hotel is great. The rooms are very clean. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Mr. Jalal is very welcoming, cooperative, and hospitable. We’re already planning on visiting again soon!

•Rooms and view. The hotel is small, so many rooms have a lovely view over the sea and the pool. The rooms are spacious. •Cleanliness. Rooms were clean throughout my stay. •Housekeeping. The room service team, especially Mohammed, was helpful and friendly. •Reception. The reception manager, Mr. Galal, did his best to make us comfortable, and I want to thank him for that. •Management. Mr. Khamis, who runs the hotel, was generous and listened to guests as much as he could. •Food. The salad corner was very good, the best part of the buffet. .Animation team: good and did their best.

• Not truly all-inclusive. We booked an all-inclusive package, but it doesn't work that way. The only drinks included were Pepsi and Sprite. Coffee was sold separately, and there was no fresh milk, only powdered milk. This is not what all-inclusive should look like. • Feels more like a hostel than a hotel. There are no entrance gates or visible security controls, which raises real concerns about safety and privacy. • Guest mix and pool behavior. The hotel is next to the Cecilia chalet resort, where people buy chalets, so it wasn't clear who was using the hotel's facilities. The standard of behavior was very low: some visitors swam in the pool fully clothed and no one said anything. At the beach I also felt people staring at us while we were swimming, which was uncomfortable. • Food quality. It was inconsistent: good one day, poor the next. Apart from the salad corner, most of the food was not good. • Staff attitude. Some staff members didn't handle guests well. Guests should always be treated politely and respectfully. • The sea. It's sandy but very shallow. You had to walk roughly 3-4 km out before the water was deep enough to swim, and it was still shallow even then. You can't swim the way you would at a normal beach.
