The place was spacious. It had a really old feel to it which was cool. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The location was really close to many stores and food places. The contact person managing this space was really quick to get back and seemed friendly. The value of the stay was cheap which we loved

We didn't like that the listing is not true. There are not 5 beds and there were no sofa beds as 2 were on the listing. The dishes that were placed in the cabinet were dirty. A couple of sheets were stained. There wasn't enough towels for the 5 of us. Which we were supposed to have 6 people so it could have been worse. We did list 6 so it would have been nice to have more than 6 towels and 3 washcloths. There also were no extra bed linens, so the person who slept on the sofa had to go buy bedding to sleep on. I think an extra cabinet with extra towels and linens would have been useful. This listing does not have central air. There are floor units that you have to have on and they are pretty loud. There was 1 air conditioning window unit in the main bedroom which was the only really cold air that went thru the rest of the place. There is not enough room to have more cars to park in the back. We were told we could park 1 car in the back and there were always other cars parked so we had to use street parking and walk all the way around to the back. There is a front door but you are not allowed to use it. There are 2 bathrooms but 1 has a shower and the other has a tub. The unit is pretty dark as there weren't a lot of lamps or ceiling lights that had light bulbs. I'm not saying don't stay here, the place is really nice, but the listing needs to be more accurate so people can plan accordingly.

The character of the house, old but very historic feel. Also the beds are comfortable.

Some things like plates and some appliances are up for some renewing but it works fine still

It’s a nice little place; old world vibes! Easy to locate and park, not bad travel times to good food. Beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful.

I loved the inside of the house. The old charm is awesome.

We weren't told people live in one side of the house. There is also a bullet hole in a livingroom window and a cutting board was inside a window as well. The front door doesn't open at all so is not usable.
