Nice spacious room for 4, but a bit tight for 5 people. Clean facilities (mostly)
We had to set up the sofa bed ourself even though we booked for 5 people. We were expecting the property to have the bed set up like in the photo. It was difficult since the duvet is quite hard to put in the cover. We also found several items left behind by previous guests under the sofa bed once we moved the sofa bed for more space

Good value for money. near the large supermarket.(Sunny mart & Mr max). The check-in and check-out processes are convenient.
It is a small house for 4 peoples. but this is Japan. The sofa fabric is so dirty. About a half hour walk to Hakata station.

Die Unterkunft war neu und somit im super Zustand.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit sein Gepäck vor 15 Uhr zu verstauen. Auf Nachfrage gab es die Option für einen pre Check in, welcher allerdings inkl. Tax 2800 Yen gekostet hat. Finde ich ein wenig frech wenn das Zimmer eh schon bezugsfertig war. Aber okay. Was noch zu bemängeln wäre ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Nicht viel Besteck, kein Topf - nur eine Pfanne, kein Geschirrhandtuch. Schade war auch das es keine Stühle gab/ Barhocker gab mit denen man sitzend essen konnte. Auf dem Balkon wären Stühle bspw schön gewesen.
