A spacious and beautiful house, perfect distance to the beach and the pool for young kids. Fantastic views and very clean. We had an amazing vacation, I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect location. Ocean front! Views are so beautiful! We had the best family vacation. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing week at Wild Dunes! The house was very well equipped, clean, and spacious. We were just steps to the beach and all the amenities Wild Dunes has to offer. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable to sleep in. We will definitely be renting this house again next summer!!!

Unfortunately we are only giving 3 stars- from the check-in had no paperwork-sent us to a different gate, the key pad on the door did not work- the woman said to push on it- still did not work. the garage door key pad had bad batteries, we walked around back and could open that door to get in. The dishwasher did not work unless you kept clicking the circuit breaker back and forth, the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night needing battery change did not stop beeping. The elevator clicked all night until they fixed it the next day- so we lost 2 nights sleep. The outlets in the bathrooms on the 3rd floor did not work. The kitchen outlets kept blowing and had to be reset. The lint in the dryer was so thick-it wasn’t cleaned for months-could easily started a fire- my sister was kind enough to clean it all. A fair amount of sand on the first floor floors- we cleaned that up. Freezer door handle fell off the first time we opened it. The towel rack fell off the wall. The management company fix some things but not all, but did response to text in a timely manner . Location is great right on the beach- but unfortunately for 10,000 or so for 4 nights was not worth the money. We have stayed at several wild dunes places this is the first time we felt taken and unsafe in the home after finding the amount of lint in the dryer and was going to turn it on to dry towels-but we always look at the lint trap before turning on the description and maintenance of this home do not match.
