- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm), access to a small balcony with city views, storage cupboard.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160 cm), access to a small balcony with city views, storage cupboard.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm) that can be made into a double, access to a small balcony with city views, storage cupboard.
- Bathroom 1: walk-in shower, double washbasins and WC.
- Bathroom 2: shower and washbasin.

NB: to access the lift, you need to climb 5 steps.

- The flat is ideally located in the heart of Annecy. During your stay, you can easily get around on foot, by bus or by bike. The use of a car is therefore not essential.
- A cycle path along the lake is just 3 minutes away.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. just a few minutes' walk away.

Activities :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus services from the flat to the lakeside or resorts (Semnoz, La Clusaz).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 38 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you are coming by car, please note that the flat does not have a private parking space. You can park in the Car Park de la Poste, located at the foot of the building, or in the outdoor parking spaces in front of the residence. (chargeable)

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
