Very good location for accessing Bryggen, Floyen and city centre on foot. The house is very well equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances. However, some areas are a little shabby, with paintwork damaged and the hook holding the bathroom door shut is very weak. The upper stairs are steep with no handrail.
