Canal Apartment with Private Garden – Jordaan
Welcome to this beautifully styled 70 m² ground-floor apartment located on one of Amsterdam’s most charming canals: the Egelantiersgracht, in the heart of the Jordaan. This home offers historic canal views combined with the rare luxury of a private, quiet garden — a true local experience.
At the front of the apartment, large French doors open onto the canal, creating a light-filled dining space where you can watch boats pass by and experience everyday life along the canal. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, a separate toilet, and a stylish bathroom with both a bathtub and walk-in shower.
The bedroom is located at the rear and opens directly onto the private garden, a peaceful green oasis rarely found in the city centre — perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Finished with warm tones, natural materials and thoughtful details, this apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience what it’s really like to live in Amsterdam, surrounded by locals, cafés, markets, galleries and restaurants — while enjoying the calm and comfort of a true home.
