The apartment is upstairs, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. If you'd like ideas for where to eat, drink or explore, just ask. We have plenty of local recommendations.



Guest Access:

The entire upstairs apartment is yours during your stay, including the kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. You'll have a private entrance with keypad entry, so you can come and go as you please.



Your check-in instructions and personal entry code will come through Breezeway before you arrive.



Please make yourself at home, and respect any locked doors, storage areas or spaces marked private.



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Neenah is one of the Midwest's downtowns that keeps thriving and growing. Within walking distance you'll find great restaurants, wine shops, cafés, boutique shopping, the public library and The Plaza at Gateway Park, which hosts events all year.



Riverside Park and the Lake Winnebago waterfront are also nearby for a walk or time outdoors.



Appleton: about 18 minutes



Oshkosh: about 20 minutes



Green Bay: about 45 minutes



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available for trips around Neenah, Appleton and the rest of the Fox Cities. It can take longer to get a ride late at night, during events or in winter weather, so we suggest booking a little early. The Neenah Transit Center is also a few blocks away if you'd like to take the bus.



Downtown Neenah is very walkable, so restaurants, shops, parks and nightlife are all an easy stroll away.



If you're bringing a car, the Green Parking Ramp at 109 N. Church Street is near The Plaza. It's free after 4:00 PM on weekdays and all weekend, and you can park there overnight. Overnight street parking downtown is not allowed between 2:00 and 5:00 AM.



Other Things to Note:

You're staying in the heart of downtown, so you may sometimes hear normal city sounds, especially on weekends, at night and during events at The Plaza.



The apartment is in a restored historic building, so you may notice some vintage charm, like older windows and character details. The apartment is upstairs and can only be reached by stairs.



Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the apartment. If we find signs of smoking or vaping, a $250 fine will be charged. Parties and events are also not allowed. Please keep noise down for the neighbors, especially after 10:00 PM.



If you notice any damage or maintenance problems, please message us through Breezeway right away so we can fix them.



Interaction with Guests:

We want you to feel welcome and well taken care of during your stay. With private keypad access to the upstairs unit, you can come and go as you please and explore Downtown Neenah at your own pace.
