The space
The bedroom has a king-size bed, a freestanding marble bathtub and an ensuite shower room with toilet, basin, towels and complimentary toiletries. The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating and dining space for four. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge and washer/dryer. The Smart TV is available for guests to use with their own streaming-app accounts.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the apartment, free gated parking and access to the Railway House gardens. Platform 1 has its own entrance from the garden. We operate self-check-in and checkout. The Railway House York team is available by email or phone if assistance is required.

• Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

• The lead guest must complete our secure online check-in, accept the booking terms and provide valid photographic identification before arrival.
• A refundable security deposit of £250 is required.
• Stays longer than 10 nights require weekly housekeeping at £119 per week.
• Early check-in and late checkout must be agreed in advance. Where not authorised, a charge of £20 per half-hour may apply.
• Travel cots and highchairs are available on request, subject to availability, for £10 per item per stay.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.

*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.

*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

*Travel Cots & High Chairs
Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival.

*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £119 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.

*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.

*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20 hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
