Ground floor: a master suite with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk in closet.
Two more bedrooms each have a queen bed, including a third bedroom with a cozy, loft style feel.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and all the cookware and dishes needed for meal prep. A dedicated workspace with a desk sits in the living room. A bright sunroom offers extra space to relax, and a full size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Downtown Savannah is about a 10 minute drive, and Tybee Island Beach is about 25 minutes. A car or rideshare is recommended to reach either.
Other Things to Note:
No-shoes policy inside the home. Please leave furniture, decor and game consoles in place. Quiet hours are 8 PM to 8 AM. No smoking indoors; please use the provided outdoor ashtrays if you smoke outside. Dog friendly: hypoallergenic dogs up to 30 pounds, with a pet fee of 50 dollars per dog per day.
