Kawasan berdekatan pusat bandar. Rumah sangat bersih. Walaupun hanya 2 bilik tidur & 2 bilik air, namun rumah luas dan sangat selesa untuk 5 dewasa. Ruang tamu & setiap bilik dilengkapi penghawa dingin. Tilam & 2 bantal tambahan juga disediakan. 4 tuala disediakan. Terdapat kemudahan air coway. Terdapat 1 lot parking di tingkat 3 namun terdapat banyak parking percuma di kawasan persekitaran.
Lobi agak berbau dengan bau tandas berhampiran. Mungkin kerana lobi tiada aircond. Penghawa dingin di ruang tamu perlu di servis.
