The location of the property and all the easy explanation on how to get access to it (with a code) and the cleanliness of the room. Clean, simple and welcoming.
There is no light to clearly see and enter the access code which has to be punched in quickly to be accepted.
The size of the shower is really small and there is no lift.
The sofa bed was not comfortable.
The gas boiler was directly in the room next to the bed and there was no AC.
