Close to airport with a shuttle. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Easy to take the tram to Bordeaux city center. Clean and spacious rooms. Good value

Shuttle easy to arrange on arrival at Bordeaux airport - exit hall B, cross the road and turn right to where the tram stop is, find the small blue sign for hotel shuttle, and give them a call. Friendly staff with excellent English.

Breakfast was good and most of the staff was kind and courteous. Location was great to get to the airport for a morning flight.
Dinner was disappointing and our server was not kind and did not give us the same serve as other guests in the restaurant.
We also had a problem with the shower drain which cause flooding throughout the bathroom and into the hall.
