The cottage was situated in a very good position for walking into the town.
All the utilities you needed, very clean. Lovely conservatory with comfy sitting.
No hot water at the kitchen sink.

The cottage was very comfortable
The rooms were very light and attractive.
It was difficult to find as there are two Masseys Yards and it was poorly signposted. There was no name or number on the door.

Comfortable, clean and had all of the facilities we needed.

The cottage was cosy & well equipped. Dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, tidy garden. A minutes walk to The Bowling Green pub which had a nice outdoor seating area. 5 minutes walk into Wells. A great base for exploring the surrounding area, perfect beaches & brilliant wildlife.
The oven is quite old. It did work but could do with updating. We found the electric storage heater in the bedroom a bit fiddly to control and switch off. Also the bedroom door is glass which lets a lot of light into the bedroom early in the morning from the landing windows which have no curtains. Salt and pepper would’ve been nice too.
