Location. Clean and well equipped. Property was within easy walking distance of both cathedrals and Philharmonic hall. About half an hours walks from Lime street. Georgian quarter is very attractive.
Lack of clear instructions on how to enter the property (around the corner through a garden gate). Also we couldn’t see any information on TV, thermostat etc. Cupboards had opened tea and coffee but no welcome pack or milk included. Only one pillow per person.

Location, the apartment was amazing, and our host was always available

No breakfast
The host banging on the door dead on 11am, being very abrupt and rude about us leaving. We were just putting the rubbish out before we left. And didnt appriciate him saying the cleaners were waiting to clean. When they obviously wernt !!!
