Beautiful family apartment on floor 6 with ocean views. It has hammocks, living room, dining room with 6 spaces, meson with 3 spaces, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms of which 1 master has private bathroom, the other is double with a full attached bathroom, 1 bedroom for children with a bunk bed attached to another bedroom that has 1 bed and 1 sofa bed, both share the third full bathroom. We are located in the Torre Oceanica building, which has 24/7 security and camaras.
The space
The Department has a spectacular view since being a corner, on its left side it has no neighbors and guarantees an incredible ocean view more widespread in addition to the tranquility of having a closed Guardiana that the building provides.
Guest access
It has access to the communal areas such as a swimming pool for both children and adults, direct access to the beach, and 1 private parking space.

Our apartment faces the sea, and the sea breeze can sometimes bring in a little sand. Although we clean very carefully, you may find a few grains of sand or dust, or the windows may be slightly fogged up by the sea breeze, which is very common when living so close to the beach.
