Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes smart TVs, WIFI, beach towels, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen.
We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Milano's Italian, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.
The bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.
The property also has a free washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

Good experience planning, coordinating, checking-in, staying, and checking-out. Its close enough to the beach access that you can walk if you want to (about 4 blocks). Its not so close to the downtown Jax Beach area as to notice the noise on the weekends which was nice. Note to parents, its not childproofed whatsoever so bring your own plug covers and plan for a baby gate to keep littles out of the kitchen.
