À propos de cette location de vacances
Welcome to "Verdi 1928, A Cozy Wallside Retreat", an exclusive residence that blends the charm of Lucchese history with the luxury and practicality of contemporary design. Located within a prestigious historic building that once housed one of the city's most renowned cinemas, this apartment offers an unparalleled lodging experience.
Perfect for a couple, the apartment has been completely and finely renovated, spanning two levels for maximum comfort and privacy.
On the third floor, conveniently accessible by elevator, you enter a bright and airy large open-plan living area, featuring an elegant lounge, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining space. This floor also includes a practical guest bathroom. A designer staircase leads to the upper level, which is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area: a romantic master bedroom with its own luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with shower.
Unbeatable Logistical Highlights:
The location is the true treasure of this property. Despite being situated in the heart of Lucca's historic center, inside its iconic Walls, the apartment is in an area outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). This means you can reach the building by car without restrictions. Furthermore, a very rare advantage for the historic center: the property includes a private parking space within the courtyard, secured by an automatic gate.
Forget the stress of parking and enjoy the convenience of immediate access to explore the city, its monuments, and its historic streets. The ideal place for those seeking excellence and maximum accessibility in Lucca.
