The cozy and functional apartment 12-3 "Erika" is located on the first floor of a well-maintained vacation complex, just about 250 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. This means you can reach the coast in just a few minutes on foot and enjoy the perfect setting for a relaxing beach vacation or leisurely walks along the promenade.

With a living area of 55 m², the apartment can accommodate up to four people, making it particularly suitable for couples or families. The open floor plan connects the living room to an inviting dining area, making it easy to cook together and enjoy cozy evenings. A comfortable sofa area with an armchair and TV (cable connection, CD player, and radio available) invites you to unwind after a day at the beach. The vinyl flooring in the living room and bedroom not only creates a harmonious look but is also easy to clean.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, so the apartment can easily accommodate up to four guests. Families will appreciate the child-friendly amenities—a crib and a high chair are provided, as well as access to a playground in the vacation village.

The open-concept kitchen, which flows into the living room, is fully equipped: You’ll find a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, a coffee maker, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils and cutlery. Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
