This residential and apartment building, newly constructed in 2018, is located not far from Sassnitz’s Old Town, the harbor, and the city center, on the corner of Seestraße and Mühlenstraße. In just 2–3 minutes on foot, you’ll be right at the Sassnitz harbor with its sightseeing boats, fishing boats, the long pier, and numerous restaurants and cafés. You can reach the shops in the city center or the attractions of the idyllic old town just as quickly. Jasmund National Park, with its endless beech forests, is about 400 meters away. The building features several modern apartments. Each apartment comes with a parking space right next to the building. There is storage space for bicycles in the basement.
The largest and most beautiful apartment is located on the entire top floor, featuring a nearly wraparound balcony and a magnificent view.

The beautiful Molenfeuer penthouse is located on the second floor of the building, offering a magnificent view of the city and the Baltic Sea. It has a living area of 200 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The new and modernly furnished apartment is divided into:
- a cozy living area with an electric fireplace,
- a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area,
- 4 separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds,
- two bathrooms, each with a separate shower, bathtub, and toilet (one bathtub can be used as a whirlpool)
- and a balcony.
There is a washing machine. Two parking spaces, marked No. 7 and 8, are available for guests right next to the house. Bicycle storage is available. There is also a basement with seating, a dartboard, foosball, and a treadmill.
