Very large room. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Staff are very helpful. We watch elephants very closely from the hotel buffet area.

The elephants were great but we were not told about check in being after 3.00pm and early arrival would have to pay an entrance fee! To add to the confusion the hotel emailed me cancelling my 4 rooms at 2.00pm. When I contacted them, no apology just that it was a mistake!
