Everything about this booking was amazing, location is relatively easy to get to from City Centre, everything was kept clean on arrival. Shops are also nearby, which was super handy getting food for the flat.
The rooms were a little cold, some non-electric heaters had locks on them (We had to use the electric heaters from the wardrobe to warm up the rooms). We were provided 2 sets of keys, however, only 1 set unlocked the door on
both sides of the door. Only 1 parking permit provided for a 6 person booking.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The city center is just 15 minutes away by foot.
The beds are a bit short. If you are 1,90 you can't stretch fully. No hair dryer.
They tried to charge me a deposit even though it wasn't disclosed in the apartment description and I have to open a dispute with Booking. After a few days Booking agreed with me and no deposit was needed.

Lovely comfy beds, good facilities and nice to have our own living space to relax in the evenings. Toilet roll, cleaning supplies and coffee pods provided. Amazing location to walk into the city centre.
Floor extremely creaky, little bits in the property needing maintenance/cleaning, advertised as 2x bathrooms but there was only one, could have done with clearer instructions on where the bin store was. Took a damage fee which wasn't disclosed until booking had been paid for.
