Loved the parking and the rooms were a great size.
The self check in. Although it was easy after I did it, it was overwhelming when you don’t speak the language. I’m not tech savvy so it made me uneasy not being able to speak to someone.
I had left my pillow behind and sent them 2 messages and an email and no one got back to me. It was just a pillow but, it could have been an expensive camera or something. Zero communication. Not impressed by that.
