House was beautiful, pool was great for the kids. We checked in and there was no power, power came back on middle of night. We couldn't enjoy any amenities provided except pool, couldn't cook in kitchen due to no power. Contacted the host was told beyond there control, (I understand that) however it wasn't in our control either. No compensation, had pay full price host had nothing else to say. We made the best of our time, as stated nice house, sketchy utilities. We won't rent this one again.
