À propos de cette location de vacances
A natural stone house with 8 large terraces and a beautiful 120 m² pool set in a large Provençal garden and forest.
Pool house with a lovely summer kitchen. Fully furnished for 8–12 people. Restroom and sunbathing terraces. A beautiful place of healing! The Bastidon du Vigneron is located near the romantic village of Carcès in Green Provence—with plenty of water. 90 winemakers and many wineries dot the surrounding area. The Mediterranean Sea is a 44-minute drive away, ideal for day trips to the beach or the rocky coast at Le Dramont in the Massif d’Estérel. Many rivers invite you to go canoeing or fishing, and the Verdon Gorge is perfect for rock climbing.
There’s always a Provençal market in one of the villages, offering all kinds of culinary delights! See list.
The magnificent garden, spread across various terraced levels, offers plenty of opportunities to unwind. Amid olive trees and the gentle splashing of a fountain, you can escape the stress and hustle and bustle.
Thanks to the private well, solar panels, and a professionally installed irrigation system, the wide variety of plants is easy to care for and maintain year-round.
The entire pool area is very secluded and not visible from the outside—as is the case with the entire garden and all the terraces.
If you’re in the mood for the ocean and lively beach life, you can reach the coast—with its beautiful swimming coves—in less than 45 minutes, comfortably and stress-free.
Popular destinations such as Saint-Raphaël, Cannes, Monaco, and Nice (NCE Airport) to the east; St. Tropez and Grimaud to the southeast; as well as Aix-en-Provence (TGV), Hyères, and Marseille (MRS Airport) to the southwest are all within a maximum of 1 hour’s drive. This means a central location with excellent transportation links.
And for those who crave the mountains—and there are plenty who do—the Verdon Gorge and Haute-Provence are also just an hour away. If you’re looking for more—including snow—you’ll find everything at 2,000 meters behind Nice, because that’s where the Alps begin, offering hiking areas that are popular even in summer.
A truly unique retreat!
