I had a wonderful stay overall! The serviced apartment is stylish, comfortable, clean, and extremely well-maintained with great facilities and the location is super convenient A special mention goes to the building management team: on the morning of October 10th, the fire alarm was triggered. The management instantly notified everyone over the building PA system, allowing us to evacuate safely and quickly. Even though it turned out to be a false alarm, I was very impressed by their rapid, professional, and efficient response. On top of that, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is super convenient—literally right next to the Medan Tuanku (MR9) monorail station. Recommended!

there are a few minor areas for improvement: Bedroom Air Conditioner Remote: Although we didn't using the bedroom Air Conditioner as the AC in the living room is sufficient, we noticed that the bed room's Daikin remote control wasn't working. It likely just needs a battery replacement or a quick repair. Cookware Condition: The non-stick cookware provided was severely scratched. Because damaged Teflon/PTFE coatings may release harmful chemicals when heated, we chose not to use them during our stay. We recommend inspecting and replacing these for future guests. Washing Machine Manual: There was no detailed user manual provided for the washing machine. On one night, it threw an E10 error code. Since it was midnight, I did not whatapps the support staff. I looked up the manual via Google myself and resolved it by restarting the machine. Providing a quick instruction guide in the unit would be very helpful for future guests!

1. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even escorted us to our room. Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. 2. The environment is very nice, clean, and comfortable. 3. Very near to MRL.

There is a car park with an EV charger available, although the EV charger was not functioning during our stay.

Didn't manage to fulfill my stay. The host asked me to cancel my Booking.com reservation about an hour after it was confirmed. They called and told me it was an overlapping booking with another guest. It's strange because Booking.com showed the property as available, and my booking was successfully confirmed. I was charged more than S$35+ because of the cancellation, even though the host said it would be free cancellation. Besides this issue, It seems this condo and the surrounding condos has plenty of scammers operating on Booking.com. It is a disgusting situation that booking.com are allowing this.
