I had with my family a great stay in October 2026 in Paros at the Persephone Villa.
We stayed about 5 days, the Villa is wonderful, very close to the main road and the Port of Paros (Parikia) but far enough to allow it to be restful and quiet. The house is very well decorated, modern beach design and full of appliances, full of light, good building materials. The back porch has a view to fruit trees and herbs and lovely pergola with a moving table big enough for the whole family. We greeted with fresh vegetables and amenities from the local vegetable garden, and all our needs l, even an extra towel set, were met.
Dimitris and his family were outstanding in making us feel like home. And when I forgot some items at the Villa, they shipped across Greece to our next destination, with a courier, which I am really really grateful.
I rarely repeat destinations and when I do so, I like to try new lodgings. But I will definitely go back to Paros, and most certainly shall stay again at the PROKOS villas.

EVERYTHING!! We had the best time here! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent parking, great views down to the town. Tv with plenty of channels to choose from should you like to relax with a movie at end of night. Toiletries, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, loo roll, washing powder, dishwasher tabs all provided.
Nothing! For us it was perfect! Some may say it’s too remote but we had a car and were thrilled with its location.

Persephone Sunset Villa is a brand new apartment located just a few minutes driving from the town of Paros!
We were a family of 4, and we absolutely enjoyed the spacious villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Dimitris who owns and runs the villa was a fantastic host! He greeted us with warmth and kindness and he was always there when we needed him! We cannot thank you enough Dimitris for the memorable stay in Paros!
We absolutely loved everything about Persephone Sunset Villa!
