Very unpleasant

I did book this property for 1 night for me and my family of 10 people including children . Since I received confirmation of booking I have tried to contact the host many times via phone and message etc but no response.it was concerning but I continued my journey towards Mysuru. We reached Mysuru at around 9.30 pm . It was a struggle to find the location of the property. After taking few rounds through the locality as per the directions finally we stopped in front of a building which was completely dark and no signs or anything about the property. We asked a nearby takeaway staff to confirm if the property is there. We made numerous attempts to contact the owner but no reply. While we were waiting in the street few random strangers approached us and asked if we were booked into the property and we said yes. The said that they were booked in to the same place and are told a group from Kerala are coming to the property so they were given another apartment. They gave us a number to contact the owner ( very suspicious). We did call that number and a lady answered. She said she will check the booking and call us back in few minutes. It was already more than half an hour since we were standing in the street. While I was waiting for the lady’s return call 2 ladies approached arrived to the scene and said they are the host and asked us to go upstairs in the dark building to the property. I refused to go in as we were frightened. When I asked why my phone calls and messages weren’t answered the lady became very rude . Her attitude was horrible and I became very concerned. I felt threatened, being watched I refused the invitation to go in and we drove away to a nearby street where it’s more safe. Shaking with fear and concerned about the safety of my family I drove to near by hotels on the way and after enquiring few hotels I got rooms for all of us in one hotel. It was a horrible experience. I have trusted booking.

A Complete Scam and an Absolute Nightmare – DO NOT BOOK!

I am writing this detailed review to strongly warn anyone considering booking the LUXE Penthouse 4BHK in Mysore. Our stay was nothing short of miserable, and this listing is horribly mismanaged. Terrible Communication & Stranded at Check-In The phone number provided on the listing belongs to an owner based in China. Communication was incredibly difficult, and they completely failed to share a local manager's contact number with us beforehand. Because of this negligence, my group was left stranded outside in the hot sun for three hours with all our luggage just trying to figure out how to get into the property. Shocking Double-Booking The absolute worst part of this ordeal was discovering that the property was double-booked. The host gave this exact same property to another family for our exact same dates. We literally had to share the penthouse with complete strangers. Because we were a group of bachelor guys, this made the family extremely uncomfortable. It was a highly awkward, frustrating, and completely unfair situation for both parties who paid for a private stay. False Promises & Unacceptable Sleeping Arrangements We were explicitly promised extra beds to accommodate our large group. When I called the local manager to ask for them, she unprofessionally redirected me to someone else. Despite repeatedly following up, the extra beds never arrived. Because of this, 8 of us were forced to squeeze onto just 2 beds for the night. No Electricity To make matters worse, there was no electricity for 4 to 5 hours right after we checked in. While I understand that local power cuts might not be entirely the host's fault, the lack of a proper backup system compounded an already miserable and exhausting experience. Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind. The management is entirely incompetent, and the listing is misleading. Avoid this property at all costs.
