Very close to Mater deli hospital. Apartment has everything needed and all appliances were new. They even included bathrobes and disposable slippers along with a two liter bottle of water and some fruit. TVs in everyone room. Very impressed. Free WiFi which worked well.
Took us a while to find as address is down as 11/12 when the numbers around it are in the 200s, so we walked right past. When we did get in the electrics kept going on and off. Eventually stopped doing it after the host attended.
Bit noisy at times as you are on the ground floor and an alleyway runs alongside.

The place is very clean and quiet. It's close to the central hospital and public transportation. Mrs. Vanessa is very kind and helpful. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.
