Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questo appartamento. L'alloggio è spazioso, elegante e molto luminoso, curato nei minimi dettagli e con un panorama meraviglioso sulle montagne. La pulizia è impeccabile e la casa è ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Ecco i punti di forza: Posizione strategica: Situato in una zona tranquilla, l'appartamento è comunque vicinissimo al centro, raggiungibile con una comoda e piacevole passeggiata a piedi. Accesso smart: La porta con serratura elettronica e tastierino è una comodità impagabile: nessun rischio di dimenticare o perdere le chiavi fisiche. Parcheggio e trasporti: Pur non avendo utilizzato il garage a disposizione, il parcheggio davanti a casa si è rivelato comodissimo. Molto apprezzato anche il pensiero di offrirci le card per i bus gratuiti, anche se alla fine non ne abbiamo usufruito. Ospitalità fantastica: Un grazie di cuore alla padrona di casa Marianna, una persona cordiale, molto gentile e sempre disponibile nel fornirci preziose informazioni e raccomandazioni sul posto. Un'esperienza da 5 stelle sotto ogni punto di vista!

Gemütliches und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit toller Aussicht, 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und 2 Badezimmer, sehr sauber, zentral gelegen (fussläufig zum Zentrum), etwas steiler Anstieg. Marianna, die Gastgaberin, ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Výborné prostředí a lokalita ve městě, kde jste byli potřád ve městě, ale tak trochu nad ním s krásnými výhledy z velkých oken nebo balkonového ochozu. Skvělá paní domácí která dle potřeby zjistaila a zajistila vše co jsme potřebovali.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house in Livigno. The house has only been rented out since 2025, so the fact that there are not many reviews yet should not be a concern at all - it is truly a great place. The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen is large and practical, there is a big walk-in closet, a safe box, floor heating, a washing machine, and a great balcony with a beautiful view of Livigno. It is very comfortable for a family of six, but also perfect for a couple who want extra space and comfort. A big plus is the spacious garage, where we could safely store and charge our bikes, while still having enough room to park a big car. Marianna was an excellent host - very responsive, attentive, kind, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to come back. Thank you Marianna!
