Excellent Staff from the DM's including Hamza to Room Service. Great Rooms. Very spacious and with the right facilities. Very comfortable Beds.

Heating not working in the main lounge area during the stay despite requests to fix. Heating in Bedroom was absolutely fine.

Excellent stay with my family! DM Kashif Tariq made our arrival seamless with express check-in, allowing us to settle in quickly. DM Hamza was exceptional during checkout, handling our billing with care. The entire staff was professional and welcoming. Highly recommend this property for families looking for a hassle-free experience!

I had a wonderful stay at MB Residencia Hotel Suites recently on 27th Nov 2025. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. General Manager Suleman Sulehri has truly built a team that goes above and beyond for their guests. Special thanks to Duty Manager Kashif Tariq, whose professionalism and attentive service made my experience memorable. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure guest satisfaction. The entire staff made me feel valued and welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend MB Residencia Hotel Suites and will definitely return !

Proximity to areas of interest.

Cigarette smell, was unbearable. Were told all rooms are booked, however i made anoither booking same day for a friend that eve ,no rooms? .. waiting 40 min for our room, when our reservation was put in 2 days prior.. then being told we would like you to change rooms, at 2 am because there is a mehendi party, wanting rooms together. Upgrade room was much better no cigareete smell, that courtesy shouldve been done to begin with! 1st room, sofa had cigareete burns, dirty, and towels were gross. They should really try to keep up the ambiance and attention to detail, its diminshed from years prior.
