Great location, all necessary facilities and helpful owners.

Comfy apartment, only about a 15 min walk to the middle of Shinjuku, about a 5 min walk to the closest station, and only a couple minute walk to 2 combinis. Lovely and responsive hosts.
The second room was very small with no wardrobe so it was quite hard to get around in for international travellers who pack a lot.

Exceptional! Love the location. So close to shops, trains, sightseeing, very clean and modern apartment, beds so comfortable, plenty of hot water for showering and air conditioners worked really well - felt very safe and look forward to staying there again.
