A vista, a piscina interior aquecida e o apartamento bem decorado e equipado. O Pedro mostrou-se sempre disponível e bastante prestável. Sem pedir colocaram também uma banheira e cadeira infantil.

The property is in a great central location which is perfect for experiencing both Vila da Guia and Porto. The free and spacious parking at the property was perfect. We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed a week there's plenty to do. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a nice surprise just wish we had time to take advantage. Maybe next time, we've already agreed we will stay at the Land Roots Apartments again. Thank you.

Needed better lit mirrors, especially in the bathrooms and an electric kettle. The rooms were too warm without any air conditioning available. The fans need to be on stands instead of on the floor especially since one of the bedrooms didn't have a spare surface to place the fan on.

The view was amazing! The property was clean and very spacious. There was free access to a gym and a heated swimming pool. It wasn’t to long of a walk to the Center of Porto. There were plenty of food and drink spots around. The host was lovely and called us to ask for expected arrival time so we only waited a couple of minutes. We requested a birthday add on and there was Champagne and a cake waiting for us on arrival. Would recommend this place and would stay there again.

The location was great, and the building's gym and pool were exactly as advertised. Free parking was included, which was a real bonus in Vila Nova de Gaia. The apartment had a reasonable amount of space, and the kitchen was adequately equipped. All appliances were in working order.

Sadly, the apartment was not as advertised. The listing photos show a bright space with lots of natural light and a lovely outdoor area, but in reality it was quite dark when the lights were not all switched on. The deck in the outdoor area is a genuine trip hazard, with loose and lifted boards, a broken board and exposed fixings. The panels around the outdoor AC unit and water heater were open. We knew there was no air conditioning, and fans were provided. However, an AC system is actually installed but not working, which, together with the state of the deck, made it feel as if the building had not been finished. The listing mentions a work space, which turned out to be the small glass table left outside in the passage, and I had to clean it before I could set up my laptop. The round dining table is fine for meals, but it isn't really a place for two people to work for a week. For a 7-night stay we were not offered any cleaning or fresh bedding (even if we were willing to pay). Only 3 spare toilet rolls were provided for two people for a week, and I had to ask for clothes hangers. Check-in was handled by an agency representative. It was efficient, but a warmer welcome would have made a real difference to our first impression. We didn't raise these issues during our stay. We were on a working holiday and didn't want workmen in the apartment, and with an agency managing the property, it didn't seem likely to be resolved quickly. However, the condition of the deck is not something a guest should need to report. Any professional inspection of the space before letting it would have shown that it is a hazard. At this price we expected the property to match its photos and have the basics in working order. I've attached photos of the deck so future guests can judge for themselves.
