Perhaps the finest compliment is to say we found everything to be as good as advertised, no hidden issues. Here was a traditional cottage, evidently updated to a good standard quite recently. We were very comfortable and warm, everything worked as it should. Our visit was focussed on visiting the Montrose Basin wildlife sanctuary and this proved an excellent base for us.
Street parking at the front door looked a bit complicated at first sight but turned out to be pretty straightforward.

Well located opposite port, tastefully decorated and very comfortable house. Superbly equipped - everything you could think that you might need was there - dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, salt, pepper & more. The place was spotless, and heating superb. Brilliant find, nice big garden.
Superb find, would definitely stay here again.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent accommodation for six adults and one baby and one dog ample space very clean and modern host very approachable quick to answer any queries

Plenty space for our big family of 6. Property is finished to a high spec. Close to Montrose but quiet at night. Property was well equipped with everything you could need, particularly the kitchen.
