Beautifully updated in 2018 with a new kitchen, new bathroom fixtures, and new floors, this townhouse-style villa offers plenty of comfort in the heart of West Beach Village! Enjoy fairway views of the Cougar Point Golf Course, a private patio, and a lovely setting within easy walking distance of the ocean beach, tennis courts, and much more.

The Fairway Oaks Villas are located directly adjacent to the Cougar Point Golf Course, one of the five destination golf courses on Kiawah Island. Here in the center of West Beach Village, you'll be a few blocks' walk from the beach. Hop on your bike and enjoy the many miles of scenic paved bike paths on the island, bring a picnic down to Night Heron Park (less than two miles east), and check out the wonderful shopping and dining at Freshfields Village (two miles northwest). Historic downtown Charleston - home to some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the country - is only 24 miles northeast as well.

Kiawah Island is amazing and this location was great for us. Great walking trail right off the back porch and nearby beach easy to walk to. Very comfortable for us.

We did have some problems. Kitchen could have Saran Wrap, aluminum foil etc. Kitchen pits and pans were sub par, they are actually warped. Light switches did not work, electrical outlets did not hold charging blocks. You need to spray for bugs specifically cockroaches which were in kitchen.
