Nestled in a prime location amidst all of Kiawah Island's charm, within minutes of your stay you will be on the beach. When you aren't playing in the warm sand, you can explore Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina, Night Heron Park, nature paths and the many splendid golf courses available on Kiawah Island. Easy walk to the Nest Café and mini market, the Roy Barth Tennis Center and the Sanctuary Hotel, offering an elegant spot for a cocktail, a meal and shopping. There are also over 30 miles of paved bike paths around Kiawah itself, many shaded and leading to beach access points.
Downtown Historic Charleston is only 26 miles away and boasts numerous world-renowned restaurants and vibrant shopping opportunities.

The large round dining table is perfect for meals with friends and family as well as games and puzzles. The open layout of the well-equipped kitchen allows for socializing while cooking. The kitchen has spacious marble countertops for meal prep and a full suite of brand new appliances so you can make your culinary creations come to life. A private washer/dryer is available in this space.
The large screened-in porch offers a a cozy seating area, a dining space and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The back porch, offers two rocking chairs overlooking the manicured garden, palm trees and live oaks. The spacious bedrooms come adorned with soft linens, ceiling fans, private TVs, and lots of closet space. The home is well equipped with beach toys, boogie boards, games, puzzles and books. Central air-conditioning, and internet access round out the interior conveniences.

It was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs to the beach. The property is well located on Kiawah, walking distance to Boardwalk 22 and the beach. Also walking distance around the Night Heron soccer field over to the activity centers at Night Heron. The condo needs some exterior maintenance, as the stairs were extremely worn. I noticed some of the buildings having them replaced. The deck and screened in porch need some power washing and there was one sliding screen that had fallen off. The safe didn't work, but the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Good communication with Casago Charleston about issues. Good location to Night Heron Park and activities there. A bit of a walk to the beach but was happy to find a collapsible beach wagon under the guest bed. Bedroom ceiling fans worked. Minor issues with some provided towels that were threadbare and holey; these were replaced. Only other issue of note was that the washer and dryer was actually NOT two separate units as is typical, but instead is a Combo unit. Be aware that you cannot run overlapping wash and dry loads and also drying time takes substantially longer especially with towels.

The entire place was spotless. My wife has OCD, and she was very happy with the location. The only thing I would say is to remember that you do not get the resort amenities if you are staying in a VRBO-type rental.

Quite a lot of pet hair on furniture and floors. Patio looked nice and was looking forward to sitting outside for morning coffee, however, the patio furniture (cushions and wicker) was covered with mold/mildew.
