The Space:
*****'Crescent Beach Club will be under construction for 2 years starting in Sept. 2025 for the required restoration after the 40 year inspection on the property. Balcony restoration will begin in the south building and work north beach side, gradually closing one stack at a time only moving on once fully complete. Guest will not have access to the balcony and view will completely blocked during this time. Parking is also limited due the equipment required to complete the work. There is not a specific timeline for each building as work can be affected by weather and other unseen circumstances. Please reach out to confirm amenity availability before booking as they will not be open during parts of the restoration.'

We loved the layout of the floor plan, albeit confusing at first lol. It was the most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in- surplus of beach items, laundry detergent, dishwashing tabs, etc. The decor was definitely straight out of the late 70’s, early 80’s, but it didn’t affect the quality of the stay. Weight room was great, pool was nice. The only downfall was not enough key fobs- there were 3. It was difficult to make sure we all had one when needed, with 6 adults staying. That’s my only suggestion for improvement.

Balcony had a beautiful beach view. The other balconies were under construction but we had access to the best one! Kitchen had the necessary equipment for our cooking needs. Condo was spacious. We enjoyed our time there

Very nice place to stay. Overlooking Sand key beach, in the Clearwater area. Nice pool (closes at 11pm). Also, the security guard watches the pool from security cameras and doesn’t allow any rules to be broken. Any families with kids should know there are no floaters allowed except noodles. The A/C had some difficulty keeping the condo cooled down BUT we were there during record breaking high temperatures.Other than that it was a wonderful place! Great views of both the Gulf and the inner waterway. Plenty of balconies. One in every room
