Newly renovated in 2023 - this tastefully decorated, charming, 980-square-foot condo sits mere steps from the ocean beach and fabulous shopping and dining in downtown Isle of Palms! Enjoy a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and soak up the sunshine. Access a private fishing pier next door. This condo is in Isle of Palm’s prime location, across from the ocean and near many local restaurants! This condo has a full, well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while the spacious living room and bedrooms come with 55-inch smart TVs with cable.
This condo is just a few steps from the Seven-Mile Front Beach and only blocks from groceries and other specialty stores. The Isle of Palms Marina is only slightly over two miles east, while downtown Charleston - with its world-class restaurants and rich culture and history - is just 14 miles west. Unfortunately we had rain so we did not get to use the pool or the beach. We did walk out to pier and check it out. House was great. Very pretty. Comfortable. Liked the balcony and seating. Close to shops and dining, and easy drive to Sullivan’s Islsnd.

The condo was easy to find and met all our expectations. Very clean and had all the necessities to get us started. The communication with the host was excellent. Beds were great but bring your own pillows.The pillows weren’t great.The pool was colder but we still got in and swam. I’m guessing as it gets later in spring it will warm up.Overall good experience.
