Spend the morning sipping coffee on the screened-in porch, with a view of nothing but the trees and lagoon. When hunger strikes, step inside to the full kitchen to make some breakfast. The open living space features lots of natural light thanks to the oversized French doors, hardwood floors, and all the comforts of home. Dine together at the table for four and pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. When you return for the night after exploring, play a board game for more together time, watch some TV, or call it a night in the well-appointed bedroom - but not before stepping back out to the porch to toast your good luck at booking the perfect Kiawah Island escape.

Clean and great location to Night Heron Park or Beach. Perfect for couple who is looking for affordable accommodation that is convenient and clean. Basic kitchen, but sufficient for minimal meals. Would rent again from this company.

This is a very nice little villa that's just a minute or two walk to the beach! Although the renovation was modest, the photos honestly don't do it justice and it's great. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, etc., the bed is comfortable and the screened porch (lagoon view) is a nice place to hang out later in the evening once it cools off outside. Communication from the host was excellent: they were easy to reach and responded quickly every time I had a question both before and during our stay.We're looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit Kiawah!
