You’ll be just three miles from Seabrook Island's beaches and can appreciate on-site amenities, including the island gym, five pools (including two oceanfront pools), and the Seabrook Island Club restaurants/cafes. You'll also have access to 36 holes of championship golf, tennis, and pickleball (for additional fees). Restaurants and shops await in town, but with the sleek, upscale kitchen, you can whip up a feast in no time and then dine alfresco on your deck.
Throughout the condo, you’ll find stylish coastal decor, and the open-plan living of the main space makes gathering together easy. Stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to check your email at the end of the day. Don’t call it a night before stepping back onto the balcony to listen to the wind in the trees.

Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.
Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.

I never spoke directly to the host. All communications were via email. The place was clean and there were lots of community amenities. However, if you wanted to sightsee the drive to see anything was 45 minutes to an hour drive, including to the airport.

Space was very clean, very neat. And well stocked. The only issues we had was that the door lock is finicky. This location is in a 'gated community', and I wasn't totally expecting that, but it all worked out.

The condo is just as pictured,; Clean and nice (with the exception of the dead roach on the master bedroom floor). The king size bed is very comfortable.
However, a family of two adults and two small children occupied the unit above me and there was constant thumping around from early morning to late night. I could hear showers running, toilets flushing, conversations, etc. There is absolutely no sound insulation in the units.
