You'll be a short walk from the sandy beach to the west, where you can watch amazing sunsets and wade in the gentle waves. You're also close to dining at Guppies and PJ's Oyster Bar and lighter snacks at the Kooky Coconut. The Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve to the north provides more fresh air, while Splash Harbour Water Park offers wet and wild rides to the south. More shops, golf courses, and outdoor spaces are located to the east.

Building Improvement Notice (Phase 2):
As of October 12, Phase 2 exterior building maintenance is slated to begin in the near future for approximately 120 days. Work is strictly confined to building breezeways and front exterior common areas. Interior condo space, balconies, and amenities should remain completely unaffected. Temporary walkways are set up for smooth building access, and streetside covered parking may be utilized for material storage. Construction worker, and noise may be present during business hours.

View from the balcony is amazing! Close walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Definitely a quieter area (which is nice), with quite a few families. Beach area isn’t packed, plenty of room. Exterior of the building was being worked on while there.

No crowds, walkable food and shopping.Friendly servers, residents. Quiet complex, great pool and beach area. Dolphins, fishing, easy access, and GREAT SUNSETS!clean and roomy place. Plenty of dishes, cups and amenities.
