•No smoking inside (that includes the balcony). A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•NO PETS ALLOWED
•Respect the Space- report damages right away
•No Extra/Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail/Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking

Great location, although noisy area, but we were expecting it to be loud. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Host provided earplugs which helped. Check in was a bit involved. Instructions were good but we still had some trouble. We were able to figure it out on our own anyway.

The building’s interior is beautiful! The apartment was nice, and well stocked. Hostesses were very responsive.The location is good n bad….comes from being in the middle of downtown I think. You’re around a lot which is great but noisy - bring ear plugs - which there were some. And a lot of less fortunate folks around. But we didn’t have any issues. Pretty views, very clean, and nicely furnished.
