The estate features a large 10m x 5m swimming pool that can be heated by a heat pump, allowing its use to extend into April and October. The fully air-conditioned farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, plus a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining room, and a living room with a large fireplace (not functional). It can accommodate 10 people. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm and has an outdoor shower. There is a ping-pong table and the possibility of playing pétanque in front of the farmhouse. The farmhouse has a large covered terrace. A charcoal barbecue is available. The farmhouse has Wi-Fi. This property is perfectly suited for a large family gathering, a reunion with friends, or a fantastic holiday where several families can spend time together while still having some privacy.
