The location was convenient
We had 5 groups of family that stayed in various rooms, planning to have a great time with the grandkids this weekend. However it did not turn out to be very good. The security guard at the pool did not enforce rules on everyone. She seemed to pick our family which we do have any problem following rules but to then see her ignore others breaking rules . The environment does not feel safe and we had issues with other visitors making the environment very uncomfortable for our kids. For that reason we had to avoid the pool most of the time.
