Location was excellent, near the Jewellery Quarter. Apartment was spacious with a big kitchen-diner. The bedroom is fairly small, but as there is plenty of space elsewhere this is not a problem. A small separate desk with plugs by it in the living area was a good touch. Being able to park was a very good benefit too.

No real complaints - a couple of things like a tea-towel, and for things like soap and kitchen-roll to be replenished, would have been better but that would only be quibbling.

I liked how accessible it was into the city. The house were very clear with their message to me how to get to the property and where to park and what to put into the satnav that was very helpful. I also liked that there was a camera directly outside the front door. I’m unsure if this was the host or if this was the neighbour but that made me feel very safe especially travelling alone with my teenage daughter. The hosts were amazing I called and they picked up straight away, I was nervous travelling on my own. Bedding was clean. The wardrobe was stocked with fresh pans and also other bedding. The kitchen was very clean as was the bathroom and the host had left clean towels. I felt safe when locking up.

All minor and wouldn’t stop me from staying again however… When I arrived luckily the garage was open in order to put my car in as I would be very nervous trying to work out how to get into the apartment leaving my Daughter in a car a one-way street that was a bit stress-full however I did call the host and they picked up straight away Having to move my car and then go back into the apartment to put the garage fob back in, it is a one way street and I felt uncomfortable leaving my car parked with my daughter in it whilst I went back and did this. The property needs a little update, wasn’t as finished as it looks in the pictures. I found the bed comfortable but my daughter did not. Sofa bed I would not recommend for someone to stay on was ok for an adult and child to sit. The building works were a lot on Friday. Fan is broken but works.

Good location. Easy instructions to enter. Had a parking space Had tea, coffee,sugar and milk sachets. Comfy bed. Towels provided. Easy and good wifi Has airfryer, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle- a tea towel would be a good addition

No main light working in bedroom Garage parking door is very narrow and on a bend so tight to get a Landrover in-but do able Parking Spot number given (2) doesn’t exist. Garage remote hit and miss to open Sofa too small- not cleaned underneath as you can see.. Cooker extractor- I don’t think had ever been cleaned. Gets far too hot!!! If you open windows and there is a breeze the blinds make such a racket you can’t sleep. If windows are open you have to close by pulling the windows from the bottom not the handle as these will eventually fall off. The tiny desk fan- has no guard- beware if taking a child Says soap etc in bathroom/ we had no hand soap although earbuds and makeup wipes. The toilet seat is not the correct one for the toilet and occasionally it slips. No floor mat for the shower. Lastly no real communication from host when notified about the lights and window handles just ignored and instructions given as standard to leave etc.

Very cosy, great location easy to find. Harj the host was lovely and gave really good instructions.

Bed sheets and towels really need a clean with actual products. This was really difficult as I didn’t bring a towel with me or bed sheets. They smelt very bad especially after one use of towels. Need correct size bin liners for bin.
