Everything, calm, relaxing

Just the pression in the shower to wash the hair

L emplacement le calme et la piscine

Eau ou trop chaude ou trop froide ds la douche

Le lieu très agréable et paisible.

Le petit dejeuner est très restreint (seulement une tasse de café). Nous entendons les bruits des voisins des autres chambres.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They responded quickly to our concerns and moved us to another room the next day. The location is excellent, surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation with a stunning view. The swimming pool is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and nicely designed, and the beds are very comfortable. We also appreciated the covered parking area for scooters, which was very convenient. The omelettes was delicious, which was among the best we had during our trip.

The only downside was the persistent mould smell coming from the bathroom. In our first room, the smell was noticeable as soon as we entered and became much stronger after taking a shower and turning on the bathroom exhaust fan. Nextday, we were moved to another room, which was much better, but the same smell was still present, although less intense. I believe this is related to the bathroom ventilation rather than being an isolated issue. Installing a window or improving the ventilation would likely solve the problem. We were told this had never happened before, but it was difficult to believe, especially since there was already an air freshener placed next to the bathroom exhaust fan in the second room.
