The apartment was very nice. It was bigger than I expected. We didn't spend much time there as we were out doing tourist stuff, but the time spent there was pleasant. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and sights. We walked everywhere we went.
The beds were very very firm. Much firmer than we like. That is a personal preference, though. Someone else might love firm beds and really sleep well on them. It would have been nice if there was parking on the premises, but we understand that not every apartment can have that. We found a parking garage that was reasonably priced within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I misread the listing and thought that there were 2 bathrooms. There is only one. That is not the owner's fault, but I wish I had read the listing more carefully. There was no view. Some of the bedroom windows looked out on another wall of the building. The living room/dining room windows looked out on a parking lot next door.

The flat was in an excellent location, we were able to visit Skadarlija on foot and other notable locations in Belgrade. The flat was clean and had plenty of space for us to- Luka is an excellent host and was very attentive to make sure we were enjoying our trip.
Just one toilet and shower was slightly tight for 6 people, but all the facilities were excellent.
